Description

This is the official music video for San Diego pop country artist Dannie Marie’s radio single “Countin’ Down Summertime” — a song about wanting the magic of a summer romance to last forever. The story line of the music video revolves around a tailgate party, line dancing, a moonlit lake, and a young couple who meet and fall in love. The song is getting airplay on radio stations in small and medium markets across the US.

Director's Bio

The music video was directed by Frank Forth and Laurel Moore. It is their second collaboration; they shared director and editor credits on the 2012 award-winning music video for The Dannie Marie Band’s “Flavor of the Week” — a song that is performed in the feature film “”Music High”” (Angelic Pictures).

Frank Forth has provided ENG/EFP location sound services for numerous projects, such as The Today Show, Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, ABC World News, 20/20, The NFL Network, The Oscars, Dancing With The Stars. and Film Indiego. Forth has received numerous Emmy and Telly awards for his work and was inducted into the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Silver Circle in 2005.

Laurel Moore comes from a TV news background, having worked as a writer, producer, and editor for an NBC local affiliate; ABC news bureau; and Lorimar-Telepictures syndicated news programming. As manager for SoCal country artist Dannie Marie, Moore produced and co-directed the official music video for the country radio single, “Countin’ Down Summertime.”
